Shampoo your hair
STEP 1
Towel dry
(keep in mind, if your hair is dripping when you put the cap on, it will drip out of the mask cap)
STEP 2
OR
Pinch the excess in the front of the cap (near your forehead) to secure the cap snug to your head...then stand up and apply the sticker, as shown in the next step.
